Shipping and Returns - IL

Deliveries - The deliveries on the site are delivered to the house for free or for 30 NIS, according to what is advertised on the website - the perfect items will arrive at the requested address or at a distribution point within 3 business days, with the exception of Judea and Samaria (up to 10 business days).

* During the sale period on the site - the packages will be delivered up to 10 business days.

* During the holidays (Passover/Rosh Hashana) - the packages will be delivered up to 10 business days.

Exchanges and returns - Didn't fall in love with the product? No problem. An item purchased on the website can be exchanged for another item or returned for a credit, within 14 business days of receiving the item. Exchange or return will be possible subject to presentation of an invoice and provided that the item is in good condition, has an original label and has not been used at all.

How do you change?

Exchange by courier: at a cost of NIS 20 - a courier will arrive with a new package and collect the old one from you - the new package will reach you within 10 business days.

How do you return?

Return by courier: at a cost of NIS 20 - a courier will pick up the package and return it to us, if you decide to leave the credit as a credit on the courier's website, it is free of charge.

Within 14 business days of receiving the product from us, we will credit you with the amount paid for the item, to the means of payment from which you paid.
