What is corporate responsibility?

"Going Green" seems to get plastered around everywhere by companies looking to enhance their image as a responsible company, but what does it really mean? Unfortunately, to many companies the answer is not much. "Going Green" is more of an after-thought added to a product more for the sake of marketing than actually improving a process. At Good-Tee our business was founded with the goal of offering promotional ware products with legitimate green credentials. Just about every t-shirt manufacturer now offers some "earth-friendly" option, we can help you decipher the dubious from the genuine.

At Good-Tee it is not our aim to be ideological or judgmental, we know that every customer must find a balance between budget, style, and social responsibility. Our goal is to provide accurate and in-depth information about the promotional ware products available, so that our customers can make the most informed decisions possible. Whether you are looking for 10,000 shirts for your Charity Event where every penny counts, or you are looking for75 of the most fashionable and progressive t-shirt available, we can find the product that is right for you.

FAQs

1. What brands of shirts do you print on?
We are able to supply just about any brand under the sun at competitive prices. We have an in-depth knowledge of both the basics brands (Hanes, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom) as well as many of the smaller more progressive brands, including Fair Trade, Union Made, Organic, and Recycled options. You tell us what you need out of a shirt, and we can find the best product for you.

2. Do you use water based inks?
Water based inks offer several advantages and disadvantages when compared with traditional plastisol. At Good-Tee we are well experienced in printing with water based inks, but do not use them for every job. In addition to using water based and traditional inks, we also offer cutting edge PVC and phthalate free inks that perform similar to plastisol.

3. Are your inks organic or soy based?
No, organic and soy inks do not yet exist for apparel printing. If a printer offers these products, they probably don't know what they are talking about.
